Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Meltesse. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible, the product must be unused or in like-new condition, in its original packaging where possible. To start a return, email us at info@meltesse.co with your order number and the reason. We respond within one business day.

Damaged or defective items: if your Meltesse arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, contact us with a photo or short video and we will replace it or refund you in full. No return shipping required.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for damaged or defective items.

We cannot accept returns on items damaged through misuse, or requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
