We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email info@meltesse.co and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Shipping address changes can only be made before the order ships, so contact us as soon as possible if anything needs correcting.
